Administrative & Finance Officer

Global-SIBE Consult is a strategy planning and advisory firm, supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs, and investors with business strategy, feasibility studies, and market entry planning.

As a result of our expanding international network and increasing inbound interest from foreign manufacturers and off-takers, we are now building a trade facilitation division of the firm- Sales Enclave. The vision is to build Africa’s most trusted trade facilitation ecosystem, connecting foreign manufacturers, off-takers, with local distributors, suppliers, and financiers, through structured, transparent, and high-performance supply chains.

Global-SIBE Consult is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative & Finance Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the firm. This role combines administrative coordination, basic HR support, and finance-related duties and is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and keeping an organization running smoothly.

As we grow, this role will evolve and will be later be split into separate functions.

Administration

  • Manage daily office operations, communication channels and coordination
  • Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and client communications
  • Respond to inbound enquiries

Finance Support

  • Track invoices, payments, and basic financial records
  • Support billing, expense tracking, and reconciliations
  • Maintain payment schedules and financial documentation

HR & Team Support

  • Assist with onboarding of interns, staff, and consultants
  • Maintain staff records and basic HR documentation
  • Track attendance, contracts, and internal policies
  • Support performance review coordination and internal processes
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and finance operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Must stay close to Dome pillar 2
