Network Engineer
Our client provides internet service installation, security services (cctv, alarm fence, etc) installation and smart home installation services. The company seeks to hire a Network Engineer who would work directly with the CEO, assisting him to coordinate the field operations and manage the technicians under him. Essentially, you’ll be acting as the foreman/supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving the current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design or revamp network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support for the company’s clients.
- Coordinate the activities of technicians in installing intruder alarm systems, access controls, automated gates, etc., for clients.
- Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks.
- Design and support network systems and infrastructure.
- Configure and operate routers and switches.
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area.
- 1 – 4 years’ of experience with security systems, smart technology, etc.
- Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals.
- GH₵ 1,200 - GH₵ 2,000 (Monthly)
