Head of Administration with experience in Proposal writing
Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Head of Administration to join their team and play a key role in the company’s growth. This position involves leading and overseeing administrative functions, with a primary focus on PROPOSAL WRITING, as well as supporting various operations and management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop compelling proposals to drive business growth and secure partnerships.
- Provide strategic leadership in administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualification
Proven experience in proposal writing, ideally in the grant application.
Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of successful team management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Salary is GH₵ 1,500 per month, with the potential for an increase based on qualifications and experience.
- Office is located at Tema Community 25. (Accommodation arrangement is possible if you live far from Tema.)
